Recently till now my experience with this courier service was good recently ahead and parcel of pressure cooker 10 litre to Kolkata.
The weight of the pressure cooker as per online and offline was 2.6 kg end with the box it was 3 kg but I was given a receipt of 8 kg.
Recently when the partial reached it was damaged and the whistle of the cooker was missing.
Bad experience in the beginning of the New year.
